My wife Ann & I have been together for over 38 years. We have done many things together; raised children, traveled the world, ran a farm, ran a restaurant, and now we run a small short term rental business out of our favorite place to be Provincetown, MA. Our hobbies are fishing, boating, cooking, off roading, reading, and continuing our quest to see the world.

We had our first AIRBNB experience traveling through Italy in January 2014. It was one of the best experiences of our lives and we have been dedicated short term rental junkies every since. By the fall of 2016 we had enough AIRBNB experiences to have a very good feel for what we liked and what we didn't like in a rental. And so we began experimenting as hosts for an apartment we owned that had become vacant for the winter. It was a most rewarding experience and taught us even more about what we needed to do to be great hosts.

In the fall of 2017 we renovated another apartment (Cozy 3rd Floor Apartment with View) and converted it to a year round short term rental. We have been off and running every since. We quickly established our “Superhost” credentials and now have 3 units that we operate as short term rentals.
